Easter is early this year but we are READY like Freddy! We are asking and praying for many of our faithful people to come to the 9:00AM service because we are expecting to have so many guests at 10:30AM. I have heard so many people talking about the things they have been doing to try and get people to our church (people who do not go to church anywhere on a regular basis). I am pumped about meeting with the greatest people on planet earth and knowing that God is going to use us to make a difference in someone’s life!

Because Jesus “GAVE IT UP” He was able to experience triumph over death, sin, the grave, and the devil! When we “Give IT Up” for His sake, we too will experience the power of His resurrection flowing through our lives — even while we are here on earth. This Sunday we will show the sacrifices of our people being offered to God as a “burnt offering.” It was amazing to experience His presence as I watched the smoke from these sacrifices rising to the sky. God is going to show up in ways that we could never imagine or even know how to ask for!

I also wanted to give you a “heads up” about another special day following our Easter Celebration. On March 30th we are going to focus on the great things God has done in the first quarter of this year and CELEBRATE! I hope and pray for a mighty praise offering to rise up from our campus to heaven as we take time to SEE together what God has done! This is not based on anyone’s perceptions; it is verified through factual data.

Don’t miss this special day. The Praise Choir will be singing and Kevin Campbell, the founding Pastor of Elevate San Diego will challenge us by sharing how he and his family “Gave Up” everything to follow God’s call. This is the new church we will be assisting in our mission trip to San Diego this August. Man, I can’t wait to get here on the 30th.
