I’m Still Breathing
Man I can’t believe this whole week has flashed by and I’ve only written one blog! It seems that each time I had some idea that I wanted to share something else came up and I never got it done. I will try to do better next week.
I am sitting here anticipating our worship gatherings in the morning. Trust me, it is going to be “Over the Top!” I have seen one of the presentations and I was “spell bound by it.” If you can’t be in the services tomorrow don’t foget to watch live online or check the website on Tuesday or Wednesday to watch it there. We are excited about the focus for this weekend. Any time we have the opportunity to honor our brave men and women in the military we should just do it!
Tomorrow will be a Day to Remember! That’s about all I’m going to say about that right now.
Beginning next Sunday, (June 1st – can you believe it?) we will kick off a new series called “One Prayer.” This series will be done like nothing else we’ve ever done. We are participating with over 900 other churches across the world to PRAY for UNITY in the Body of Christ. The Bible says we are One Body, bought by One Spirit. This world would not know what hit it IF God’s church ever decided to get together and cooperate for Kingdom expansion!!!
By the way, if you had ONE Prayer that you could pray for the church, what would it be? Come during the month of June and SEE how God feels about UNITY in His Church!
